May 13th WNCPSR meeting

Our May meeting is an exception inasmuch as it will be the 2nd Tuesday, May 13, but is otherwise as described as below. Our program will include the DVD “No More Victims” which suggests how we may help a few of the unintended victims of the Iraq War. Business matters will follow. Anyone is welcome to attend meetings of Western NC Physicians for Social Responsibility. We normally meet on the 3rd Tuesday each month in the Unitarian Universalist Church of Asheville, northwest corner Charlotte St. & Edwin Pl. about 1/2 mile north of I-240. If you can find space, park in either of the 2 parking areas on the north side of the church, We meet in classroom #4 which is accessed from the north side of the church via the lower level, through the northwest door. Signs provide directions. Come at noon & bring lunch for yourself. Program starts at 12:30 lasting about 1 1/2 hours.
