November 20, Minutes: WNCPSR Meeting Minutes, 11/ 20/09, Meeting hosted by Mary Olson atthe NIRS (Nuclsear Information and Resouce Service) South east regional office,43 Riverview Dr., AVL, N.C. October 16, Minutes: Present: Mary Olson, Leah Karpen, Lew Patrie, Stan Dienst and Don Richardson The meeting opened with lunch and showing of the 20 minute version of Robert Greenwald's film RETHINK AFGHANISTAN followed by the business meeting, particularly planning for Karl Grossman's presentation of, "Weapons in Space," on March 25th.

July 17, 2009: The meeting was opened with a showing of "The Strangest Dream," an 89 minute DVD covering the career of Joseph Rotblat, a Pugwash Founder and the first physicist to denounce the development of nuclear weapons, for which he was branded a subversive.
June 19, 2009: Lew Patrie opened the meeting with a showing of the PSR power point presentation, STEPS TO SAFETY.
May 16, 2009: Discussion summaries: The United Nations disarmament activities, pending congressional clean renewable and nuclear energy legislation, a variety of new films for presentations and upcoming PSR sponsored activities.
