On Tuesday, August 27, 2019, 5:00 PM at the Asheville City Council Meeting, the Council will issue a Proclamation of Appreciation for the Western North Carolina Chapter of Physicians for Social Responsibility for its work in reminding all of what can happen from the use of nuclear weapons and to deal realistically with this threat.
